Job Title: Data Governance Analyst

We're hiring a Data Governance Analyst to operationalize enterprise data governance — working closely with the Data Governance Lead and cross-functional business/technical teams to ensure organizational data remains trusted, well-defined, and consistently governed.

What you'll do:
Monitor data quality metrics, trust scores, and governance exceptions across critical datasets
Investigate and drive resolution of data quality issues with responsible teams
Support access reviews, data certification, and periodic recertification
Maintain the data catalogue, business glossary, and data ownership/stewardship records
Track governance KPIs, action items, and management reporting




Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder follow-ups
Escalate material governance risks to leadership

What you bring:
4-6 years in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, Business Analysis, or Analytics
Robust grasp of metadata management, business glossary, data lineage, ownership/stewardship, and access controls
Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills
Comfortable bridging business and technical teams

Nice to have: SQL, BI/Analytics tools, Data Catalogue/DQ platform experience (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, etc.), MDM exposure, Data Product certification experience
