Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing complex travel itineraries for corporate and luxury clients, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary services. The consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, manage reservations using TL365’s proprietary platforms and global distribution systems, and ensure accurate ticketing and documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on travel options, fares, rules,



and policies; resolving issues and disruptions; and delivering high-quality customer service in a quick-paced environment. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting meetings and events travel, optimizing costs while maintaining service standards, and adhering to compliance and duty-of-care requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting skills, including itinerary planning, fare construction, and advisory support for corporate and luxury travelers.
- Experience in Travel Management, covering policy adherence, cost optimization, and coordination of complex, multi-market travel programs.
- Proficiency in end-to-end Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and ancillary services using GDS and online booking tools.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and clear communication across diverse client groups.
- Advanced Reservations management skills, including PNR handling, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and schedule change support.
- Prior experience in a travel management company or corporate travel environment, preferably in a senior or lead consultant capacity.
- Familiarity with NDC content, airline fare families, and modern distribution platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage high volumes of requests, and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
