: Senior Software Engineer

TechB Softwares is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in end-to-end software development and team leadership. The role involves leading agile teams, managing sprints, and delivering scalable solutions.

Location: Hadapsar, Pune Duration: Full-timeTime

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Qualification: BE (CS/IT) or similar Degree.

Experience: 4 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end application development — from requirement analysis, architecture, and coding to testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Django (backend) and React (frontend).
- Take ownership of projects built from the ground up, making key technical and architectural decisions.
- Manage code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Handle deployment pipelines and coordinate releases to production.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and overall project milestones.




- Act as Team Lead: mentor, guide, and review the work of junior and mid-level developers.
- Run Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives) and take on Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.
- Collaborate with product owners/stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Django, React, Capacitor, AWS.
- Proven experience of software development lifecycle, deployment/hosting processes (CI/CD, cloud/server basics).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions independently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience acting as a Scrum Master is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per month
