Role Description The Senior Server Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing server and system infrastructure. This role includes installing, configuring, and upgrading servers and operating systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability and resilience of critical services.

Administrator will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide escalated technical support, and coordinate incident resolution to minimize downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve implementing security best practices, managing backups and disaster recovery procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure projects. The role requires documenting system configurations, maintaining operational procedures,



and proactively identifying improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Role: Windows Server Administrator – L2

Experience: 5 Years

Location: In office

Key Responsibilities

Server & Infra Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012–2022) environments, Hyper-V/VMware virtualization, and backup/DR routines.

Core Services: Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), IIS, and Entra ID (Azure AD Connect) sync.

M365 Administration: Handle user/license provisioning and basic troubleshooting for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive via the M365 Admin Center.

Maintenance & Security: Execute patch management, server hardening, performance monitoring, and compliance standards.

Operations & Support: Resolve L2 escalations, participate in rotational shifts/on-call support, and adhere to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Windows Server administration (Only candidates with genuine server experience should apply).

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PowerShell automation.

Cloud & Virtualization: Working knowledge of M365 administration and Hyper-V/VMware platforms.

Core Fundamentals: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, backup management, and ITIL practices.

Certifications (Preferred): MCSA/MCSE, ITIL Foundation.
