Location: Gurgaon, Sector 74A Role: Industrial Plot Sales / Business Development Company: SGM Group Salary: 6LPA + Attractive Incentives Experience: Candidates with strong knowledge of Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate preferred Key Responsibilities • Handle sales of industrial plots and understand the complete industrial real estate segment. • Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful closures. • Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, documentation and investment aspects to clients. • Develop and maintain robust relationships with investors, channel partners and clients. • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.



• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Stay updated with market trends, industrial zones and upcoming opportunities.
