Job Description
We are seeking experienced HighRadius professionals with solid expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation, Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and ERP integrations . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end HighRadius implementations, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and production support.
Gather and analyze business requirements for O2C processes.
Configure and implement HighRadius solutions based on client requirements.
Design and support Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and Dispute Management processes.
Work on ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
Conduct SIT, UAT, testing, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
Support go-live, Hypercare,



and post-production activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials.
Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in HighRadius implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience in Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, or Dispute Management modules.
Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
Experience with UAT, SIT, Hypercare, and Production Support.
Knowledge of SQL and data validation is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
