This role provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to help the organization achieve its objectives and operate efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with laws and policies.Key Responsibilities:Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the approved audit planEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial reporting, and operational processesIdentify risks, control gaps, and process inefficienciesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulationsPrepare audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plansDiscuss audit results with management and follow up on corrective actionsPerform special audits,



investigations, and reviews as requestedSupport fraud prevention, detection, and investigation activitiesMaintain audit documentation and working papersCoordinate with external auditors and regulators when requiredContinuously improve audit methodologies and best practicesQualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant with 5 to 9 years of experience in internal audits, external audit, risk, or complianceKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit standardsAnalytical mindset with robust attention to detailExcellent communication and report-writing skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityProficiency in audit tools, data analysis, and MS Office
