Role: Healthcare Technical Product ManagerLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 7+ YearsImmediate Joiners OnlyInterview Mode:· Internal – Virtual· Internal – In-person· Client - VirtualThe specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -• The Product Manager will work closely with both onsite and offshore teams to assess requirementsand devise solutions.• The Product Manager will define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the offerings.• The Product Manager will effectively convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to theengineering team as required.• The Product Manager will play a key role in managing the product backlog, crafting user stories, andapproving feature acceptance, all while adhering to the agile methodology set for projectmanagement.• The Product Manager will collaborate with the engineering team to assess capabilities andalternatives, taking responsibility for defining and prioritizing product releases.• The Product Manager will generate release notes, develop demo scripts, and perform featuredemonstrations for stakeholders, in addition to product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients.• The Product Manager will work alongside UX and the engineering team to shape product design. TheProduct Manager will autonomously identify and access relevant data to build compelling businesscases.• The Product Manager will prioritize the backlog at both the feature and user story levels,



having acomprehensive understanding of each feature.• The Product Manager will take proactive action based on feedback obtained during retrospectivemeetings.• The Product Manager will identify potential challenges and proactively devise mitigation strategies.• The Product Manager will cultivate and encourage a culture of innovation within the portfolio.Required Skillset• The Product Manager is anticipated to operate as a ""Feature CEO"" for the Product. A thoroughunderstanding of the Healthcare sector, the primary prescription adjudication system, theprescription specialty subsystem, and the prescription member workflow is essential for the ProductManager.• The product Manager must possess the skills to define both the technical and functional elements ofthe product roadmap.• The Product Manager will work in conjunction with the stakeholder team to grasp businessrequirements, translate them into capabilities, features, and user stories, and manage the productbacklog and planning.• The Product Manager should be proficient in creating wireframes, acceptance criteria, and userstories. Expertise in MVP development and product launches is a requirement for the ProductManager.• The candidate should be skilled in using Rally/Jira or similar project management tools, as well asAHA and other comparable requirements tools.



Exceptional communication skills are a must for theProduct ManagerQualification & Experience• A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree, with or without a Masterof Business Administration (MBA), or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor ofPharmacy (B. Pharm), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), or any other pertinent Allied HealthcareBachelor's Degree, in addition to an MBA and a comprehensive understanding of Business Analyst orProduct Owner roles, or candidates possessing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.• Candidates with a strong background in healthcare who do not possess an MBA may also be eligible,provided they fulfill the other outlined requirements.• 7 to 11 years of experience in the IT sector is required, including 5 to 7 years specifically in theHealthcare Informatics field.• Candidates must demonstrate robust logical reasoning skills and effective communication abilities.Exclusions Criteria• The position is NOT suitable for candidates who lack experience in developing capabilities, features,user stories, and acceptance criteria, and who have not collaborated with the development team inimplementing these features.• Furthermore, the position is NOT suitable for individuals currently serving as Scrum Masters orQAs/Testers, as this may lead to challenges with onboarding, training and delivery.• The position is NOT appropriate for candidates with a background in commerce and Arts (BA/B.Com) due to potential fitment issues on technical front.
