Position OverviewThe Plant Head will be responsible for establishing and leading a state-of-the-art 10 GWh lithium-ionbattery pack assembly facility, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality output aligned with business objectives. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership roleinvolving end-to-end ownership of plant setup, commissioning, production operations, workforcedevelopment, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Plant Setup & Commissioning Lead the setup of the greenfield Li-ion battery pack assembly facility from concept to full-scale production. Define plant layout, equipment selection, installation, automation requirements, andproduction workflow design. Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost objectives, compliance, and quality standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality, and Technology teams forseamless commissioning.2️⃣ Manufacturing Operations – 10 GWh Output Oversee full-scale production operations delivering MWh and GWh level containerizedbattery energy storage solutions. Define and manage KPIs for productivity, yield, safety, delivery, and overall equipmenteffectiveness (OEE). Ensure strict compliance with global standards for battery performance, traceability,



andEV/BESS industry norms. Drive digital manufacturing implementation including MES, automation, and data-drivendecision-making.3️⃣ Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing workforce including experienced seniorengineers, supervisors, and technicians. Establish a solid culture of safety, operational discipline, continuous improvement, andaccountability. Enable talent development and succession planning to support rapid business scale-up.4️⃣ Supply Chain & Inventory Management Work closely with SCM to ensure availability of critical components including cells, modules,BMS, enclosures, and raw materials. Optimize inventory planning, vendor performance, and logistics efficiency for uninterruptedoperations.5️⃣ Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance Implement world-class Quality Management Systems (ISO/TS standards). Ensure best-in-class EHS practices tailored to Li-ion battery handling, storage, andmanufacturing. Ensure plant operations comply with national and international regulatory requirements.6️⃣ Cost & Performance Optimization Drive operational excellence initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, andcontinuous improvement projects. Monitor plant budget, cost drivers, and ensure profitability and productivity targets are met.
