Job Description – Senior Guidewire DeveloperPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire implementations, a solid understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, and the ability to independently own end-to-end delivery while collaborating effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendationsOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervisionTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesEnsure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards,



and performance considerationsActively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementationsStrong hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter.Good to have experience inBillingCenterClaimCenterProficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patternsExperience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery modelsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)Key Expectations (Significant for This Role):Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver with minimal handholdingStrong ownership and accountabilityProactive communication with stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Guidewire Cloud experienceGuidewire certificationsP&C; Insurance domain expertiseExperience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectureAgile/Scrum experience
