About NavigatorsNavigators Financial Services is a Jaipur-based financial services firm helping individuals and families make better financial decisions through financial planning, investments, insurance, tax and retirement planning.Budget: 15K - 25K per month (Fixed + Incentives plan)The RoleThis is a lead-generation role - not an operations role.Your job is simple: find the right people, start conversations and create opportunities.You will:Research and identify potential corporate, institutional and individual prospects.Reach out through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other channels.Connect with HRs, business leaders and other decision-makers.Generate qualified leads and meetings for Navigators.Explore opportunities for financial-awareness sessions in corporates, schools, colleges, hospitals and professional communities.Follow up consistently and build a solid, active pipeline.Explore partnerships,



referrals and new channels for lead generation.Maintain lead data and track your pipeline and outcomes.What We're Looking ForStrong communication and people skills.Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.Proactive, persistent and target-oriented.Good research and prospecting skills.Strong follow-up discipline.Comfortable with outbound calling.Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.0–2 years experience; freshers with the rightattitude are welcome.Financial-services experience is not required.What Success Looks LikeMore prospects → More conversations → More qualified leads → More meetings → More opportunities.You won't be handed a list of leads every morning.
