This is not a drawing-only Interior Designer role.At FABDIZ, once a signed residential project is assigned to you, you become the primary design owner from client brief to project handover.

You will meet the client, understand the brief, develop the design, present your ideas, coordinate BOQ and materials, work with production and execution teams, visit sites and solve design challenges until the final home is delivered.

You design it.

What You Will OwnYour journey will typically look like:

Client Brief → Concept → Space Planning → 3D Design → Client Presentation → Design Finalisation → BOQ Coordination → Production Coordination → Site Execution → Handover

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Design premium residential apartments, villas and turnkey homes

• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards and material palettes

• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting and décor elements

• Create 3D visualisations and detailed working drawings

• Present designs directly to homeowners and handle design discussions

• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, Vendors and Installation Teams

• Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution challenges

• Protect the approved design intent from concept through execution

• Understand BOQs, materials, specifications, scope changes and cost implications

What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can operate independently, think creatively and communicate confidently with clients.

Must have:

• 3+ years of relevant Residential Interior Design experience

• Solid exposure to turnkey residential projects

• Hands-on experience from design development through execution

• Strong client consultation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape

• Good understanding of modular kitchens and wardrobes

• Practical knowledge of BOQs, materials and interior execution

• Strong site coordination capability

• Ability to manage projects independently

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
