Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in Airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and enterprise integration architecture. The role will be responsible for defining, governing, and delivering end-to-end integration solutions across the airline ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between core operational, commercial, and customer-facing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sabre PSS, airline operations, API-led integration architectures, cloud technologies, and large-scale digital transformation programs. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology delivery teams to ensure successful integration delivery and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the cross-system integration architecture across:
- Sabre Passenger Service System (PSS)
- Load Control Systems
- Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
- Payment Orchestration Platforms
- Digital Platforms (Web, Mobile & Self-Service Channels)
- Loyalty and Ancillary Services Platforms
- Define and govern API contracts, interface standards, and integration patterns.
- Maintain and manage the enterprise interface register, ensuring complete visibility across system integrations.




- Track and proactively manage technical dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, integration design workshops, and solution governance activities.
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring end-to-end validation of complex business processes and integrations.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions using API-first and event-driven architecture principles.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful delivery of integration requirements.
- Define integration monitoring, observability, and operational support models.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-production transition activities.
