Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that align with HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s brand identity across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include designing promotional materials, social media creatives, in-salon collateral, and campaign assets that reflect the salon’s trendsetting image. The role will collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to refine brand guidelines, create logos and sub-marks for new initiatives, and ensure consistency in all visual communication.

Designer will also oversee typography choices, maintain visual standards, and support photo and video shoots with design direction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in visual communication, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
- Experience in brand identity development, including Logo Design and Branding.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type that supports the brand’s personality.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Proven experience creating digital and print assets for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or similar creative industries.
- Ability to translate creative direction into cohesive visual concepts and work independently from brief to final delivery.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, attention to detail, and consistency in brand-focused design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
