Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role

Everyside Foundation is looking for an experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to lead and strengthen our fundraising efforts through strategic donor engagement, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, major donors and institutional funding opportunities.

This is a part time, remote opportunity suited for a fundraising professional with 5+ years of relevant experience who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to sustainable fundraising growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with Everyside Foundation's programs and objectives.
- Identify and engage potential corporate donors, CSR partners, HNIs, philanthropists, foundations, and institutional funders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and funding partners.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities for NGO programs, campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate fundraising proposals, sponsorship decks, concept notes, and partnership presentations.
- Manage donor communications, follow-ups, meetings, and relationship pipelines.
- Research potential funding opportunities and maintain a structured fundraising pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop customized partnership proposals.
- Support grant, CSR, sponsorship, and major-donor fundraising initiatives.
- Track fundraising activities, prospects, conversions, and partnership progress.
- Represent Everyside Foundation professionally in relevant networking and partnership conversations.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, CSR, business development, partnerships, donor relations, nonprofit development, or a related field.




- Proven experience in building donor, corporate, CSR, HNI, or institutional relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue fundraising opportunities.
- Strong understanding of fundraising and partnership development processes.
- Existing professional networks with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, philanthropists or HNIs will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong professional ethics and commitment to social impact.
