Role Description The Senior Executive – Film Distribution & Theatre Programming will oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of film content across Hotel 100’s theatre or screening facilities. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves developing distribution plans, negotiating with distributors, and ensuring optimal film programming that aligns with audience preferences and business objectives. The role includes monitoring box office performance, analyzing viewership trends, and adjusting programming strategies accordingly.

The Senior

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts for film screenings, manage relationships with partners and vendors, and ensure seamless operational execution for all scheduled shows.



The position also requires maintaining high standards of customer experience within the theatre setting and providing timely reports to leadership on programming outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Distribution and Distribution Strategies, with experience in planning and executing film or content distribution.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, forecast trends, and optimize theatre programming.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, negotiating with external partners, and presenting recommendations.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills to support high-quality guest experiences in theatre and hospitality settings.
- Relevant experience in film distribution, theatre programming, entertainment, or hospitality industry operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with ticketing or cinema management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Film Studies, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
