Senior Content WriterRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Content Writer to join our Communications team and drive end-to-end lifecycle communications for Lending/Cross-Sell products. The role involves working closely with Product, Design, Research, and other cross-functional teams to create, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop communication strategies & monthly communication calendars for assigned products.Create customer-facing content across channels such as WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, Email & RCS.Plan & execute communication experiments around content, channels, frequency,



& audience segments.Collaborate with Product teams to understand offerings and identify user segments for targeted campaigns.Work closely with Design teams to conceptualize & develop campaign creatives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, & share key insights with stakeholders.Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversions & reduce campaign costs.Requirements4+ years of experience in content, communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.Robust writing and communication skills.Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.Working knowledge of automation platforms & user flows. Eg: Clevertap, Moengage, etc.Customer-first mindset.Analytical skills and comfortable working with campaign performance data.Collaborative and growth mindset.Fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
