Enrollment Manager / Enrollment Head

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Enrollment Manager / Enrollment Head to lead the complete admissions and enrollment process at our school. The ideal candidate should have excellent parent engagement skills, strong communication abilities, a good understanding of the Cambridge International curriculum, and prior experience in an International School environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end enrollment and admissions process, from initial enquiry to confirmed admission.
- Handle incoming admission leads through calls, emails, digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Ensure timely and systematic lead follow-ups to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Conduct effective parent counselling to understand the child’s educational needs and clearly explain the school’s curriculum, philosophy, facilities, and offerings.
- Confidently explain the Cambridge International curriculum, learning approach, progression pathways, and key differences from other curricula to prospective parents.
- Conduct engaging and professional school tours for prospective parents and students.
- Ensure maximum conversion of walk-ins and enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to parent queries related to curriculum, admissions, fee structure, facilities, transportation, school policies, and other admission-related matters.
- Build robust relationships with prospective parents throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, admissions, and conversion status.
- Regularly track the admissions pipeline and follow up on pending applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with Academic, Finance, Administration, Transport,



and other departments to provide parents with a smooth enrollment experience.
- Analyse enquiry sources, follow-up effectiveness, walk-in conversions, and overall enrollment performance.
- Support admission campaigns, open houses, parent interaction programmes, and other enrollment-related initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Admissions / Enrollment / Parent Relations, preferably in an International School.
- Prior experience in a Cambridge curriculum school will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding and awareness of the Cambridge International curriculum and educational approach.
- Ability to confidently explain the Cambridge curriculum and its benefits to prospective parents.
- Strong experience in lead management, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Excellent parent counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong language and presentation skills.
- Confident in conducting school tours and interacting with prospective parents.
- Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented and conversion-focused approach.
- Professional, organised, approachable, and capable of handling parent queries patiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups without losing track of prospective admissions.
- Familiarity with CRM, admission management systems, Excel, or similar tools will be an advantage.
