Key Responsibilities• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions• Deliver the prescribed technical curriculum effectively• Demonstrate PLC, SCADA, automation and industrial-control applications• Guide students through practical exercises and troubleshooting• Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress• Mentor students during automation projects and the final capstone• Support system design, PLC programming, SCADA development, integration and testing• Maintain training records and progress reports• Coordinate with DSIB Tech and institutional representatives• Ensure timely completion of the program and project deliverables✅ Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a trainer who can teach, demonstrate, implement, troubleshoot, integrate, test and mentor real industrial automation systems.Candidates with experience in PLC/SCADA training, industrial automation, power electronics, instrumentation, motor drives, academic training, finishing schools, or industry projects will be preferred.? QualificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent in EEE, Electrical Engineering, ECE, Instrumentation/Control Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline.Strong relevant industry experience and hands-on expertise will also be considered.?
