Key Eligibility Criteria:

· 3 to 5 years or more experience in PLC and HMI programming, and controls engineering.

· Bachelor or Master of Engineering.

· Solid electrical and electronic system fundamentals required, along with power and control theory understanding.

· Fundamental knowledge of refrigeration and energy processes.

· Good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities:

· The candidate would be responsible performing system requirements analysis, hardware selection/design, PLC & HMI programming, integration, verification, and commissioning of controls systems at site.

· The candidate will have controls experience, knowledge of industry standards and current technologies, good communication skills and the ability to meet project timelines.

· Ability to read and interpret P&ID;, wiring diagrams, single line drawings (SLD) and device data sheets.

· Perform FAT and site testing of control systems.

· Produce documentation and manuals for controls projects and standard programs, including functional descriptions, engineering level summaries and program level detailed documentation.





· Provide or assist with hardware selection and circuit design, sensor engineering, and networking for controls and data.

· Respond to service requests from existing customers through remote support or at the customer site.

· The primary industrial platforms are Allen Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, Wonderware, with other systems as required on a job specific basis. Projects typically include variable speed drives and communications with other equipment and devices.

· Project scope often includes large industrial and commercial refrigeration systems and related controls.

Computer skills:

· Experience with Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA software for Allen Bradley, Siemens, Delta and similar programs.

· Configuration of communication platforms using TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, BACNet, Profinet and Ethernet/IP.

· Strong spreadsheet skills and word document preparation (e.g., documentation, manuals, and proposals) and other PC programs.
