Role Overview

We are seeking an executive-level Business Development leader with over 15 years of deep industry exposure across industrial, energy, and corporate sectors to spearhead our manpower supply expansion. In this role, you will leverage your C-suite network and strategic domain knowledge to secure large-scale contracts for technical, blue-collar, and white-collar staffing requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Target and convert C-level, HR, and Procurement decision-makers in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, and Pharma sectors.
- High-Value Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for large-scale manpower contracts, turnarounds, shutdown projects, and permanent/contractual workforce staffing agreements.
- Network Monetization:



Utilize established industry connections to build a high-conversion sales pipeline and secure recurring staffing requisitions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal talent acquisition and delivery teams to ensure client technical specifications and fulfillment timelines are met seamlessly.
- Strategic Growth: Identify regional expansion opportunities, bidding/RFP opportunities for large industrial ventures, and market workforce trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of total experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in industrial/technical manpower supply, recruitment solutions, or B2B sales within industrial markets.
- Industry Domain: Deep expertise and existing client relationships in Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Skills: Expert negotiation, RFP/tender execution, strategic planning, key account management, and high-impact executive presentation.
