Spectral Consultants is hiring a Senior Associate – Assurance (Statutory Audit) for a leading global advisory and accounting firm.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years
Qualification: CA / CPA

Key Responsibilities:
• Support audit planning and fieldwork activities
• Perform and review audit testing, workpapers and documentation
• Conduct internal control testing, substantive testing and analytical reviews
• Assist with financial statement preparation in complex areas
• Research and evaluate technical accounting and auditing matters
• Prepare draft audit reports and supporting documentation
• Assist Managers and Partners with risk assessments and engagement planning
• Review client accounting and operational processes
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication




• Identify opportunities to improve audit quality, processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality engagement outcomes

What We're Looking For:
• CA / CPA qualification
• 1.5 – 3 years of relevant Assurance / Audit experience
• Experience in US Assurance / US Audit engagements will be preferred
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, controls and financial statements
• Positive analytical, research and report-writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
