The Role

We are looking for elite, aggressive Outbound Growth & Sales Specialists who know how to hunt, pitch, and close. You aren't here to post flyers—you are here to identify, infiltrate, and convert high-engagement Telegram channels, Discord servers, and web publishing networks to drive platform adoption.

This is a high-octane, fully remote, freelance, commission-only position. We don't want hobbyists or people looking for a safety net; we want hungry closers who understand digital monetization, know how to talk to community owners, and want to scale their income rapidly using our proprietary tracking engine at our in-house partner dashbaord.

Responsibilities

- Hunt & Scout: Systematically source high-engagement opportunities across Discord servers, Telegram groups, and online creator networks. Find active communities that are sitting on traffic but failing to monetize it properly.
- Execute Outreach: Conduct relentless cold and warm outbound outreach directly to website owners, community admins, and content creators.
- Pitch & Close:



Pitch EarnPaste's powerful monetization benefits and close publisher onboardings. You are selling a concrete revenue upgrade to people who run traffic.
- Track & Manage: Own your pipeline end-to-end. Track all leads, conversions, and earnings transparently in real-time using our in-house partner dashbaord.
- Retain & Scale: Ensure your onboarded publishers stay active, deploy their links correctly, and continuously monetize. Your 5% lifetime rev-share depends on keeping them active.

What You'll Earn (Tiered Upfront Bounty)

- Micro Communities / Starter Creators (500 – 2,000 members): ₹300 – ₹500 per onboarding
- Mid-Sized Communities / Active Channels (2,000 – 10,000 members): ₹500 – ₹3,000 per onboarding
- Large-Scale Networks / Top Creators (10,000+ members): ₹3,000 – ₹8,000+ per onboarding
- Long-Term Upside: 5% lifetime revenue share from every publisher you bring.

Requirements

- Exceptional written and spoken English.

- Prior sales, outreach, or business development experience is a major plus.
