Title: Finance Reporting & MIS Professional We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.; Key responsibilities include: Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures Preparing MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports Analysing P&L; performance across products, channels, and brands Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP Handling consolidation, intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready documentation Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain,



and Product teams on financial decisions Driving reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives What we’re looking for: CA qualification is mandatory Robust experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A; Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage If this sounds like you, please share your profile or tag someone who may be a fit.
