Metro Mind Hospitals is a mental healthcare-focused organization committed to providing accessible, patient-centered mental health services. As we continue to strengthen our digital presence and patient experience, we are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create simple, intuitive, professional, and patient-friendly digital experiences for Metro Mind Hospitals.

The role will involve working on hospital websites, digital platforms, patient-facing interfaces, internal dashboards, landing pages, and other digital products while maintaining a consistent Metro Mind brand identity.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand both user needs and business requirements and convert them into practical, visually appealing designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and improve Metro Mind Hospitals' website and digital platforms.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for patients, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create landing pages and digital experiences for hospital services, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Content,



Technology, and Management teams to understand project requirements.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colors, icons, components, and other visual elements.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Review developed pages and applications to ensure they match the approved designs.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when required.
- Improve digital experiences based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure designs are professional, accessible, easy to understand, and appropriate for a healthcare environment.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, web design, accessibility, and digital product trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Robust knowledge of typography, spacing, color, visual hierarchy, and usability.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail.




- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

PREFFERD SKILLS

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented on websites is an advantage.
- Experience designing dashboards or web applications.
- Experience with healthcare, hospital, wellness, SaaS, or other service-based digital products is an advantage.
- Understanding of accessibility and patient-centered design is a plus.
