Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with Vistex expertise to support, implement, and enhance SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Vistex solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions related to pricing, rebates, incentives, chargebacks, and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities

SAP OTC Responsibilities

- Solid experience in SAP SD / OTC processes.

- Hands-on experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Delivery Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Returns Processing, Customer Master Data

- Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and SAP integrations.

- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and support development activities.

- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI,



CO etc.

Skill Requirements

Vistex Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to rebates, incentives, promotions, pricing, and contract management.

- Configure and implement Vistex modules for, Rebates and Incentive Management, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Commissions, Trade Promotions, Customer and Vendor Contracts.

- Configure pricing procedures and integration between SAP SD and Vistex.

- Work with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, and Cross functional teams for end-to-end process integration.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Vistex processes.
