Engineering Lead (Java, AWS & AI)

Experience: 8 Years

Must have Skills Required:

- Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and development.
- Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
- Hands-on integration with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or other LLM/GenAI platforms.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, or AI-powered application development.
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and engineering best practices.

Role Expectations

- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive architecture, code quality, and delivery excellence.
