Business Development Executive

nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Sales Executive to help us identify and acquire corporate clients looking for business funding. You will connect with potential clients, understand their funding needs, coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs, and support the process until the loan is successfully closed.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify companies looking for business loans and other debt-funding solutions.
n
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
n
- Speak with clients to understand their business, financial position, and funding requirements.
n
- Explain FinGurus’ debt advisory services and funding solutions to clients.
n
- Coordinate with the internal credit team for client evaluation and documentation.
n
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan applications, follow-ups, and approvals.
n




- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
n
- Maintain client details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
n
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry events as a representative of FinGurus.
n

nQualification

- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM is preferred.

- Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or corporate lending will be an advantage.
