WE ARE HIRING: Senior BMC Helix Administrator – Tool Enablement

Location: India – Remote

Duration: 12 Months (Extension dependent on performance and project needs)

Fulltime-Independent Contractor

We are looking for a Senior BMC Helix Administrator to join our team and support the administration, optimization, integration, and technical enablement of BMC Helix solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Requirements:

7 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Capacity Management, or IT Management Platforms

4 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix Capacity Optimization / BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization

Expert knowledge of BMC Helix Capacity Optimization

Strong Linux and Windows administration experience

Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix

Knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift

Strong SQL skills and experience with dashboards/reporting





Experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, monitoring, and observability platforms

Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP

Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, and enterprise integrations

Strong troubleshooting, RCA, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Banking/Financial Services or regulated industry experience

BMC Certified Professional / ITIL Foundation / Cloud or Kubernetes certifications

Experience in platform modernization and automation
