HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Base Location: Imagine Techpark, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 3 Years as Senior Accountant

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS, DIS, Balance Sheet, P&L; and other financial reports
- Manage Branch/Store Accounting and ensure accurate accounting entries
- Handle Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation
- Monitor Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
- Coordinate with Store/H.O Accountant for daily accounting, collections and expense records
- Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
- Handle and supervise the Accounts Team and allocate day-to-day responsibilities
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors,



banks and internal departments as required
- Travel to different stores across West Bengal for accounting reviews and audits

Preferred Skills
- Retail industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Positive command of MS Excel & accounting software
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and team-handling skills
- Willingness to travel across West Bengal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
