We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage the accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial compliance, while working closely with project managers and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, perform cost analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, cash flow, account reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor job cost variances and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Manage the accounts department independently and handle accounting requirements across branch locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with a proven track record of managing accounts independently.
- Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel to 3 other branch locations across India.
- Industry Experience: Experience in UPVC Doors or the building materials industry is preferred
