Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Semi qualified CA (Drop out) for our Audit & Taxation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts, taxation, and audit functions, and be a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). This role requires a detail-oriented professional with solid analytical skills and understanding of financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Address audit queries and ensure compliances with internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage and ensure compliance with all corporate tax obligations, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Prepare and file tax returns,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors for tax assessments and audits.
- Oversee accounting operations
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and audit.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and audit standards.
- Experience in SAP or Oracle and ERP systems.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
