- Design and implement the AI-native scientific operating system for NCE discovery.
- Integrate scientific data from ELN, LIMS, compound registration, CADD, medicinal chemistry, assay, analytical, DMPK, PK, literature, and patent sources.
- Develop intelligent retrieval systems using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- (RAG), agentic AI, and knowledge graph technologies.
- Build source-grounded scientific search with complete data provenance and traceability.
- Preserve the scientific history of each discovery programme, including hypotheses, experimental outcomes, and decision rationale.
- Identify overlooked, contradictory, or missing scientific evidence to improve research
- quality.
- Collaborate closely with biologists, medicinal chemists, computational scientists, DMPK teams,



and project leadership.
- Define the overall system architecture and deliver an initial operational pilot within 90
- days.
- Drive laboratory adoption and establish best practices for AI-enabled scientific workflows.
- Build and mentor a compact scientific technology team in Pune.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
