Position Details Role: Saviynt Support Engineer (L3) Location: Bengaluru (Work Location) Experience: 8 Years Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support and implementation expertise for Saviynt IGA solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and critical incidents. Develop, customize, and support Saviynt workflows, forms, and integrations. Collaborate with global teams and customer stakeholders. Support access reviews, certifications, provisioning, and governance processes. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. ✅ Required Skills &

Experience 8 years of experience in Saviynt IGA development, implementation, or support. Minimum 2 years of hands-on L3 Support experience in Saviynt.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts including: Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Provisioning & Access Governance Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE , JavaScript, XML, and scripting languages. Hands-on experience with Access Reviews and Certifications in Saviynt.

Strong





Java debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services.

Experience with Saviynt workflows, forms, and other platform components. Exposure to application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere . Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience. Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical incidents. Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
