Role Description The SAP Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for designing and delivering SAP training programs to internal teams and client stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing training materials and documentation, and customizing learning content for different business functions. The role involves assessing participant skill levels, providing guidance on SAP best practices, and supporting users in applying SAP FICO and Materials Management modules to real business scenarios.

The SAP Trainer will collaborate with consulting and operations teams to understand business processes,



gather feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO with the ability to explain financial processes and configurations in a clear, practical manner.
- Experience in Training and facilitation, including developing training content, delivering workshops, and evaluating training outcomes.
- Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map processes to SAP functionalities.
- Experience with Materials Management and related SAP modules, including procurement and inventory workflows.
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with skills in stakeholder communication and requirement gathering.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field; SAP certification is an advantage.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse learner groups in an inclusive manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adapt training to evolving business needs.
