Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced SAP MM/P2P Functional Consultant with strong retail industry experience to support SAP S/4HANA retail store rollout projects.

The role will involve SAP MM configuration, procurement processes, testing, functional specifications, defect resolution, cutover and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SAP MM and Logistics Invoice Verification for assigned P2P scenarios.
- Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice verification.
- Work on consignment, returns and vendor reconciliation processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers during build and unit testing.
- Prepare and execute unit, string and integration test scripts.
- Support SIT and UAT cycles.
- Investigate and resolve functional defects within agreed timelines.
- Validate end-to-end integration between store replenishment, distribution centre inventory, supplier invoicing and Finance.
- Support P2P master data including vendor master, purchasing info records, source lists and article procurement views.
- Assist with mock loads and procurement data reconciliation before store cutover.
- Support supplier onboarding,



including EDI and supplier portal setup checks.
- Maintain configuration, testing and process documentation.
- Prepare training and support materials for store and buying users.
- Provide support during go-live and hypercare.
- Coordinate with onsite P2P leads, developers, testing teams and other functional streams.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as an SAP MM/P2P Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on SAP MM configuration experience.
- Mandatory: At least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation from design through go-live.
- Experience with retail procurement, store replenishment, purchasing and goods receipt.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT and hypercare.
- Knowledge of pricing and condition techniques, output determination and release strategies.
- Exposure to SAP IS-Retail, EWM and Ariba.
- Good functional specification and test-script writing skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work with UAE business-hour overlap and extended hours during cutover/go-live.

Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Certification.
- Experience with multi-location/multi-country retail rollouts.
- Exposure to Fiori procurement applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid methodologies, Jira or Solution Manager.

Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
