# Graphic Designer Cum Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Industry: Real Estate Experience:2–3Years Location:Ahmedabad Employment Type:Full time ### Role & Responsibilities * Create social media posts, reels, brochures, hoardings, standees and other marketing creatives. * Manage social media content and monthly content calendars. * Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities. * Coordinate with agencies, vendors, photographers and internal teams. * Handle project branding and overall marketing requirements. * Conduct competitor research and follow current marketing trends. * Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations. ### Required Skills * Proficiency in **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW**. * Good understanding of **social media, branding and digital marketing**. * Creative, organised and detail-oriented. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * **Real-estate experience preferred.** ### Key Focus **Design + Social Media + Content + Campaigns + Events + Overall Marketing**
