Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, client meetings, business updates, and training programs.
- Create visually appealing charts, infographics, and executive summaries.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers in Excel.
- Analyze large datasets and present meaningful insights using charts and pivot tables.
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate reports within timelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and presentation excellence in all deliverables.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and presentation requirements for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation development.
- Excellent attention to detail and formatting standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in BPO/KPO, Analytics, Consulting, or Corporate Reporting environments.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience creating presentations for senior leadership or clients.
