ROLE SUMMARY
The individual shall be responsible for handling Personal loan business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define short-term and long-term business development plan for Personal loan. Coordinate with the marketing team and execute the plan.
Optimize the revenue funnel and create a sustainable business with positive unit economics
Analyze customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits and customer feedback.
Responsible for prioritizing growth initiatives and growth-oriented product iterations along with product
Responsible for delivery on Business KPIs – Customer count, Gross Payment value, Revenue and P&L;
Work with Data Science/Analytics to implement metrics to refine customer journeys align with product and ensure reporting of these metrics to the management
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Optimize yield across partners through ROI analysis and campaign design.
Monitoring/tracking, nurturing and assisting in resolution of service-related queries within TAT by Customer support team
Review and ensuring adherence of the business to the legal mandates and regulations




Benchmarking our product and marketing practices with competitors through interactions with market participants
Regular feedback collection through primary research – Surveys and Customer interviews

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4+ overall experience incl Business development and P&L; delivery in lending products with fintech, leading banks or NBFCs or a multi-product platform business
Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banks, Technical service providers
Some Experience in product, SAAS, some experience in Business development including P&L; Stakeholder management
Ability to closely work with product and marketing teams and having a knack to easily understand design, technical and market aspects.
Sales and marketing know-how.
Problem solving and Research acumen

Proven ability towards constructive networking
Team player and multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills
