Role: SAP CS / FSM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS / FSM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management (SM) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM). The candidate must have experience in both implementation and production support projects.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS / Service Management (SM).
- Expertise in Service Orders, Notifications, In-House & In office Repair, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, Equipment & Serial Numbers.
- Experience with Counters, RRB, DIP Profiles, Billing, Resource Planning, and Service Order Management.
- Strong integration knowledge of SAP CS with SD, MM, FICO, and PS.
- Experience with Master Data Migration involving service materials, customers, equipment,



and technical objects.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FSM, including Screen Configuration, Smart Forms, Checklists, Business Rules, API Queries, User Roles, Master Data, and Mobile App Setup.
- Experience in SAP CS/SM and SAP FSM implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Good understanding of end-to-end customer service and field service business processes.
- SAP SD experience is preferred / nice to have.

Mandatory Skills: SAP CS/SM SAP FSM implementation and support experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
