We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BW/4HANA Reporting Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Analysis for Office (AFO). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, integrating S/4HANA data sources, and supporting end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Work Model: Hybrid Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Client) Key Responsibilities - Design and develop reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.

- Build and maintain BW data models including:
- ADSO (Advanced DataStore Objects)
- Composite Providers
- Open ODS Views
- InfoObjects
- BW Queries
- Develop and manage data flows from SAP S/4HANA and other source systems into BW/HANA.
- Create reporting queries using BW Query Designer and Eclipse-based tools.
- Develop complex analytical reports using SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Design dashboards and analytics applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Integrate BW/HANA data models with AFO and SAC reporting solutions.
- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop calculated/restricted key figures, variables, filters, hierarchies, and reporting components.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across source systems, BW/HANA, and reports.
- Analyze and optimize BW/HANA and reporting performance.
- Troubleshoot reporting, query, data, AFO, and SAC-related issues.




- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, ABAP developers, data migration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical design documents, reporting documentation, and data-flow specifications.
- Participate in cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills - 8 to 12 years of SAP BW/HANA experience.

- Experience in query and reporting performance optimization.
- Solid data validation and reconciliation expertise.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
