We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and platform support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Manage Salesforce customizations, configurations, and data feeds.
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and platform enhancements.
- Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD and release management practices.
- Analyze existing configurations and recommend simplification and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.




- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
- Solid knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Experience working in highly customized Salesforce environments with custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Additional Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.
