JOB DESCRIPTIONAccounts Manager – Real Estate Developer Location: Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Real Estate – Developer/Builder Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Software: Farvision ERP – Expert Level Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with solid experience in the Real Estate Developer/Builder industry . The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Farvision ERP and a strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounts operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries. Handle accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, receipts, and reconciliations. Manage Farvision ERP operations, accounting entries, reports, and related processes. Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledgers . Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements . Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor project-wise accounting and financial transactions. Coordinate with Project, CRM, Purchase, Commercial, and Management teams for smooth financial operations. Review invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.



Support audits and provide required financial data and documentation. Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company accounting policies. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Prepare MIS and management reports as required. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts. Real Estate Developer/Builder company experience is mandatory. Candidates from reputed real estate organizations such as M3M, Bhutani, Sikka, Aditya, etc. will be preferred. Farvision ERP expertise is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Good understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines. Strong MS Excel and reporting skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Industry Background: Real Estate Developer / Builder / Construction Preferred Companies: M3M, Bhutani, Sikka, Aditya and other reputed Real Estate Developer firms. Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred.
