AceLink Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-based, hybrid software company. We build custom software for businesses — mobile apps, websites, internal tools, and multi-role operations systems where different teams work off the same data, each seeing only their part of the job. Our projects start at ₹7 lakh.
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to build and run our outbound pipeline.
What you'll do
Build and maintain a targeted prospect list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator — filters, saved searches, lead lists
Research every prospect before contact: their operations, their scale, the problem we'd be solving
Run personalised one-to-one outreach across LinkedIn and email, with structured multi-step follow-up
Qualify prospects on budget and fit, and carry the conversation through to a scoped prospect
Book and run discovery calls alongside the founder
Maintain the pipeline tracker and report weekly on touches, reply rate, qualified calls and deals in progress
What we're looking for
1–3 years selling software services — custom development, app and web projects, agency or consultancy work. This is services sales,



not SaaS seats or product sales, and the difference matters: every deal is scoped, priced and negotiated from scratch
A track record of closing, or materially progressing, deals at ₹7 lakh and above
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — you should be able to describe the lists you've built, the filter logic behind them, and the reply rates you achieved
Excellent written English; most of this role is writing to senior decision-makers
Evidence of sourcing your own prospects rather than working supplied lists
Comfortable working independently in a remote role and reporting your own numbers accurately
