Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented SAP FI Trainee to join our Enterprise Application team.

This role is suitable for freshers who have a strong interest in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and want to build their career in SAP consulting. The selected candidate will undergo structured, hands-on training and gain practical exposure to SAP FI processes and enterprise application environments.

The candidate will work closely with senior SAP consultants and business users, assisting with system-related activities, understanding business processes, supporting day-to-day transactions, and learning how SAP FI is implemented and used in an organizational environment. This opportunity will help candidates bridge their academic knowledge of accounting and finance with practical SAP enterprise software skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undergo comprehensive training on SAP FI concepts, processes, and business scenarios.
- Develop a strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and its application in business processes.
- Assist senior SAP FI consultants in day-to-day consulting and implementation activities.
- Support the team in understanding and documenting business requirements.
- Assist with configuration-related activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Gain practical exposure to SAP FI transactions and business processes.
- Support business users with day-to-day transaction processing and basic system-related queries.
- Assist in identifying, documenting,



and resolving basic SAP FI-related issues.
- Participate in testing activities and support the team during different stages of system implementation.
- Assist with preparing basic process documentation, user guides, and other project-related documents.
- Coordinate with senior team members and business users to understand process requirements.
- Develop an understanding of how accounting processes are mapped into SAP FI.
- Continuously learn new SAP FI functionalities, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working on financial and system related activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of SAP FI modules and processes.
- Good understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable (AP).
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system related activities.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- SAP FICO certification is mandatory.
