Team Leader– Sales

Who We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups and conversions
- Support team members in client handling and deal closures
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance
