Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Intern – Lead Generation role based in Pune City. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, outbound communication, and follow-up activities. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating lead databases, preparing outreach lists, assisting with email and call campaigns, and coordinating with team members to schedule meetings or product demos.

The role also involves gathering basic market intelligence, documenting customer interactions,



and assisting with sales reports and performance tracking. The intern will collaborate closely with sales and marketing professionals, receive guidance and training, and contribute to initiatives that drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead qualification, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to absorb guidance quickly and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, lead generation techniques, and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Comfort with internet research, productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a structured team environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
