Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets.
- Generate business for the organization through sales, client acquisition, and

successful deal closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site

visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business

objectives.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Manage P&L; and profitability for the assigned business/project.
- Monitor sales revenue, collections, targets, and overall business performance.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers,

and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching, training, and performance

guidance.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective utilization of company-generated and selfgenerated

leads.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for

management.




- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business

opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets while maintaining

profitability. Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with teamhandling

experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
- Strong experience in team management, sales strategy, and P&L;

management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
