We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong experience in the Printing & Packaging industry to drive business growth, develop new clients, and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate recent business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Handle B2B sales, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Identify new markets and potential customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with production and internal teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Printing & Packaging industry preferred/mandatory.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good communication,



negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Work Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana

Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
