Role Description The Sales Manager role at Aditya Honda Showroom is a full-time, on-site position based in Rayagada.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing the sales team, monitoring individual and team performance, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, handling price negotiations, and coordinating with finance and insurance partners when needed.

Manager will also plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities, maintain accurate sales reports, and ensure the showroom delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience.



Collaboration with service, inventory, and administration teams will be essential to support smooth dealership operations.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue and volume targets.
- Experience in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and motivating sales staff.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering a positive showroom experience.
- Business awareness and basic financial understanding related to pricing, margins, and sales reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and dealership management or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Rayagada, including weekends and peak business hours as needed.
